International Scientific Conference "Russia a Hundred Years after the Revolution: Causes and Consequences"

On April 27-28, the International Laboratory for the Study of Russian and European Intellectual Dialogue holds the international scientific conference "Russia a Hundred Years after the Revolution: Causes and Consequences" with participation of researchers from Russia, Germany, Estonia and Spain.

During the event the following issues are going to be discussed:
  • Philosophy of Russian Revolutions: Russian thinkers about the origins and meaning of the social and political crisis in Russia
  • Idea of "Great Russia" or failed modernization 
  • Death of the Empire: tsarism as a way to defeat of Russia
  • Anatomy and Philosophy of Russian disorder: the logic of Russian history
  • Fate of Europe: contraversy and provocation of the Great War
  • State and society during the war and revolution: Russian disaster code
  • Philosophy of the Revolution: from Hobbes to Berdyaev
