The Journal "Neva" Published a New Story by Vladimir Kantor

The eighth issue of the journal "Neva" published a new story by the head of the IL for the study of Russian and European Intellectual Dialogue, Professor V.K. Kantor.

Published in the journal: Neva 2017, 8
Vladimir Kantor "Undead, or Survival on the edge of the underworld. Strange story, fantasy in the spirit of Bosch"
Professor Kantor spoke about the history of the publication of the story: "Now the prehistory of this publication. I'll start with thanks to Sasha Filippov, whose witticism became one of the epigraphs for this story. About thirty years ago all Moscow magazines rejected my novel “Crocodile”, saying that crocodiles neither go along the streets of Moscow nor drink with Muscovites and moreover, the characters are non-Soviet. The text due to Sanya Lurie was taken by the journal “Neva”, it was then translated and written about. I am very grateful to the journal. And again the journal "Neva" due to Sasha Melikhov takes the text rejected by Moscow magazines. Thank you! Let's see what will happen this time. "
