The academic supervisor of the International Laboratory for the Study of Russian and European Dialogue Leonid Luks made a report at the "K'Universale" Forum

Leonid Luks took part in the Forum dedicated to the comprehension of the "Europe" concept crisis and determination of European cultural and political boundaries.
