Yasin) published a note by Leonid Luks, professor at the Catholic University of Eichstätt, academic supervisor of the International Laboratory for the Study of Russian and European Intellectual Dialogue. The text was published as part of a panel discussion of the Liberal Mission Globalization and Liberal Democracy.
