Leonid Luks's Speech at the XVIII St. Petersburg Dialogue Forum

On July 18-20, 2019, the Forum of Civil Societies of Russia and Germany was held

Leonid Luks, academic supervisor of the International Laboratory for the Study of Russian and European Intellectual Dialogue, Professor at the Catholic University of Eichstätt-Ingolstadt took part in the 18th St. Petersburg Dialogue Forum held in Königswinter near Bonn.
The forum has existed since 2001 and is devoted to the Russian and German dialogue in the socio-political, cultural, scientific and educational fields.
Leonid Luks became a participant of the forum from the German side and on July 19 made the report “Russia as a part of Europe: a historical perspective”.
