Elena Besschetnova’s Speech at a Conference at Saint Tikhon’s Orthodox University
On November 14-16, 2019, Saint Tikhon’s Orthodox University of Humanities hosted an international scientific conference dedicated to the 150th birth anniversary of Emperor Nicholas II and the 100th anniversary of the assassination of the Tsar’s family
Elena V. Besschetnova, a deputy heard of IL for the study of Russian and European Intellectual Dialogue, took part in the conference "Monarch and Monarchy: the 150th birth anniversary of Emperor Nicholas II and the 100th anniversary of the assassination of the Tsar's family", organized by Saint Tikhon’s Orthodox University of Humanities.
Elena Valeryevna’s speech took place within the framework of the section “The Problem of “Church and Unity” in Religious and Philosophical Thought of the 19th – 20th centuries”. The section meeting was held on November 14, 2019 in the Filaret Hall of the Main Building of STOUH. The section was attended by representatives of STOUH, MSU, HSE and Institute of the World Literature of the RAS.
