Five years ago, the academic supervisor of the IL for the Study of Russian and European Intellectual Dialogue, Professor Leonid Luks, published the article dedicated to the 25th anniversary of German unification: "25 years ago: Mikhail Gorbachev and German unity" (Vor 25 Jahren: Michail Gorbatschow und die Deutsche Einheit).
