Speech by Leonid Luks at the Colloquium of the Catholic University of Eichstätt

On May 24, 2017, the academic supervisor of International Laboratory for the Study of Russian and European Intellectual Dialogue prof. Leonid Luks took part in a Colloquium on the topic "Nuclear disarmament, despite a decrease in trust between the powers?"
