Pruzhinin presented the book series "Thought and Word" in the library "The Losev House" (project author - Tatiana G. Shchedrina)

Since 2017 nine books of the series have been published.

The series is dedicated to the centenary of the first issue of the yearbook "Thought and Word" edited by the outstanding Russian philosopher Gustav Speth, whose ideas in the field of methodology of humanitarian knowledge, philosophy of culture, hermeneutics and phenomenology, history of Russian philosophy are still relevant.

The program for this edition included:
1. Original articles and studies on contemporary philosophy; studies on the history of Russian and Slavonic philosophy; articles on philosophy of culture and science; studies on issues in the history of philosophy of current interest.
2. Literature reviews, criticism and polemics.
3. An exhaustive account of all new books published in Russian.

The purpose of the series "Thought and Word" is to continue the tradition of communication between Russian philosophers discussing topical philosophical problems. We aim to restore the continuity of Russian philosophy. The series presents, first of all, extended versions of discussions and round tables organized in the journal "Voprosy Filosofii" and the Institute of Philosophy of the Russian Academy of Sciences, polemical materials of international and Russian philosophical congresses, archival materials on the history of philosophy and science are also published.
